Welded Wire Mesh
| Welded wire mesh
is made of selected quality iron wires through the process of
automation and sophisticated welding technique. The end product is
level and flat, sturdy structure, and even strength throughout, the
netting shows no signs of wear and tear when cutting off a part or
under a stress. |
 |
| The
welded wire mesh is galvanised by hotdipping after welding, having
good corrosive resistance and qualities which are not usually found
in average wire mesh. |
Stainless Steel
Woven Wire Mesh
| Material
for weaving stainless steel wire mesh ( wire cloth ) is divided into
Type 304, Type 304 L, Type 316 and Type 316 L.
Type 304
Often referred to
as"18-8"( 18% chromium, 8% nickel ) T-304 is the basic stainless
alloy mostly commonly |
 |
|
utilized for wire cloth
weaving. It withstands outdoor exposure without rusting and resists
oxidation at an elevated temperature up to 1400 Degrees Fahrenheit. |
Typical wire
cloth applications include use with chemicals, food products,
pharmaceuticals and exposure to moisture.
Type 304 L
Type 304 L is very
similar to T-304, the difference being the reduced carbon content
for better weaving and secondary welding characteristics.
Type 316
Stabilized by the
addition of 2% molybdenum, T-316 is an "18-8"alloy.
Type 316 has better
resistance to pitting corrosion than the other chromium-nickel
stainless steels where brines, sulphur-bearing water or halogen
salts, such as chlorides are present. A valuable property of T-316
is high creep strength at elevated temperatures. Other mechanical
properties and fabricating characteristics are similar to T-304.
Wire cloth woven of
T-316 has extensive use in chemical processing when better corrosion
resistance is required than the regular chromium-nickel types.
Type 316 L
Type 316 L is very
similar to T-316, the difference being the reduced carbon content
for better wire cloth weaving and secondary welding characteristics. |

| Electrical welded wire
mesh is widely used in industry, farming, construction,
transportation and mining for protection of structure, safety
segregation, keeping of poultry and livestock, and decorations etc.
The welded wire mesh is characteristic of its fine qualities,
sturdiness and durable, economy as well as attractiveness. |

Brass Woven Wire
Cloth
| Material: Brass wire.
We may also offer copper wire and cloth woven of that.
Brass wire:
High brass (70% copper,
30% zinc) wire and low brass (80% copper, 20% zinc) wire have much
better abrasion resistance, better corrosion resistance and lower
electrical conductivity when compared to copper wire. |
 |
| Brass
woven wire cloth is excellent for marine and out of door
applications because of its immunity to rust and salt solutions.
Brass wire mesh and cloth is an ideal mesh for fabricating gasoline
filters and baskets fro electro polishing. It possesses greater
strength than copper or bronze.
Copper wire cloth: The
primary usages of copper in wire cloth are in these applications
requiring corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity,
spark resistance and non-magnetic properties. Copper wire cloth
finds wide usage in traveling water screens, radio frequency
interference shielding, sugar and marine applications. |
