The TS series
horizontal rotary tables are for indexing , circular cutting,
angle setting, boring, spot facing operations and similar work
in conjunction with a milling machine. The table is graduated
with a 360°scale . A micro collar graduated to one minute with
a ten second accuracy vernier scale is provided. TS Rotary
tables features include lock-down handles and crank
disengagement mechanism. A flange for connecting scroll chuck
is special supplied, and be packed independent. For special
order, the dividing plates accessory allows the operator to
accurately divide the 360° rotation of the clamping surface
into divisions of 2 through 66,and all divisible of 2,3 and 5
from 67-132. |
Hor./vert. "TSL"
series:
manually controlled, worm gear indexing, dividing plate,
scroll chuck and tailstock are on special order.
Besides the same usage as TS series, The TSL vertical and
horizontal rotary table can be used in vertical position ,so
enabling to carry out center work with tailstock. |

Inch size "T13…B" series:
Vert./Hor. type, manually controlled, same usage with "TSL"
series, different in appearance, dividing plate and tailstock
are on special order. T13200B,T13250B,T13300B": The same
function with "TSL",the differences are internal shape and
clamping machine . "Dividing Plate Accessory","Tailstock" are
on special order. |

Tilting "TSK" series:
manually controlled, worm gear indexing, dividing
plate, scroll chuck and tailstock are on special order. This
type of tilting rotary table has the same usage as mentioned
two type "TS,TSL", besides that ,it can be used for machining
oblique hole ,and surface and hole of compound angle. |

Ultra-precision rotary table: Model
TM series manually operated precision rotary table is mostly used
for equal division cutting work with high precision on various
machine tools. Hirth coupling is employed in the construction to
guarantee perfect indexing and positioning accuracy. TM58400
rotary table can be used either vertically or horizontally while
others can be used horizontally only.
"TM" series: Hor./Vert. type,
manually controlled, face coupling indexing, positioning, high
accuracy.
"T57" series: Hor. Type, manually
controlled, face coupling indexing, positioning, high accuracy.

Adjustable tailstock/WZK

WZK100-1, WZK180,
WZK224 adjustable tailstock is to be used together with TSL
rotary tables and any other machine tool accessories, it is
used to hold and center shaft, cylinders and other workpieces.
The center height and angle are adjustable. |
Adjustable tailstocks:
WZK100-1:center height can be
adjusted from 80mm to 100mm.
WZK180:center height can be
adjusted from 140mm to 180mm.
WZK224:center height can be
adjusted from 180mm to 224mm. |
